Evergreen PTSA is excited to bring the national spelling bee competition to Evergreen Middle School. Our school winner will represent EMS at the regional competition in Seattle on February 29, 2020. The winner from the regionals gets an all-expenses-paid entry into the National Spelling Bee in Washington D.C.
The registration fee is $10 which can be paid online at the time of enrollment. The fee covers enrollment, a participation certificate, and entry into the Final School Spelling Bee, if the participant qualifies. |

Merriam Webster is recommended by Scripps for pronunciation. The pronouncers will use the Merriam-Webster dictionary as the standard reference for both final school spelling bee and the regionals.
