Descriptions
Technology Officer - The key responsibility of the technology office is to manage and maintain all the online tools being used for PTSA functions. Technology Officer will also be responsible to keep PTSA website up-to-date. Technology Officer may also be requested to actively help with generating online solutions such as surveys, back-end automation, etc. Must skills - proficiency in the administration of MS Office365 Outlook, Sharepoint, etc. Desired skills - website development and maintenance, social media management through Facebook.
Financial Review Committee - We need one more parent volunteer to form this committee, we already got two volunteers. The committee members meet once generally for a couple of hours and fill out a questionnaire about the PTSA's finances. The treasurers provide access to the necessary financial documents to allow the committee to fill out the questionnaire efficiently. The review must be completed halfway through the fiscal year, which means after 12/31 and ideally within 2-3 weeks of that date.
